How we handle your data

OpenClawButton is operated by Egghead Labs ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect from visitors to openclawbutton.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Email address, when you submit it to the launch list form.
• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp), kept for at most 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
• Anonymous press counts, only if you opt in to the future Leaderboard Mode and only as a hashed monthly-rotating identifier (no name, no IP).

What we don't collect

• No third-party advertising trackers.
• No marketing cookies.
• No social-media pixels.
• No selling of your data to anyone, ever.

How we use your email

We use your email only to send updates about the OpenClawButton Kickstarter launch and product releases. We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) as our email service provider. You can unsubscribe with one click from any email we send. We will not share your email with third parties.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Show you the data we have on you
• Correct or update it
• Delete it permanently
• Export it in a portable format

Email [email protected] with the request. We respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents have these rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA. We respect them everywhere.

"Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" (CCPA)

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing to opt out of, but if you want this in writing, email us and we'll confirm in writing.

Children

OpenClawButton is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have collected such data, email us and we will delete it immediately.

Security

We use HTTPS everywhere. Your email is stored at Brevo, which is GDPR-compliant. Our internal access to subscriber data is logged.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we will email all subscribers and update the "Last updated" date above. Past versions are available on request.
